As a NDIS registered service provider, we help NDIS participants with a range of disability services including: Social and community participant; In home support; Domestic Assistance; Travel & Transport; Plan Management; Support Coordination. About the role:We are on the lookout for caring, experienced, professional community support workers/ disability support workers to join in our friendly team. Suitable candidate must possess the following skill sets and qualifications:1. Minimum Certificate III in Community Services/ Individual Support /Disability or studying to toward higher education.2. Understanding of human rights and the challenges facing those with a disability.3. Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing environments.4. Strong communication skills-both written and verbal. 5. Current First Aid certificate, Police check and Working with Children Check.6. Australian driver license and own comprehensively insured motor vehicle. 7. ABN (or willing to apply)Work salary: starting from $23.42/hour according to the industry standard, while providing job training opportunities in related fields. 申请条件：
1、社区服务、个人支持，残疾人服务三级证书或以上相关证书；
2、较强的沟通能力，包括书面和口头表达。
3、当前的急救证书，无犯罪记录证明和与青少年工作证明
4、澳洲驾照和安全车辆以及车全险；
5、 ABN小生意号（或有意愿办理）
工作薪酬：按行业标准$23.42/小时起，同时提供相关领域工作培训机会。
